OFFICIAL SWEEPSTAKES RULES
The Palm Beach County Convention and Visitors Bureau is offering a chance to win a trip for four to Palm Beach County, Florida. ("Sweepstakes"). NO PURCHASE OR OBLIGATION IS NECESSARY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to abide by all terms of these Official Sweepstakes Rules and the decisions of The Palm Beach County Convention and Visitors Bureau whose decisions shall be final and binding.

ELIGIBILITY
Limit of one (1) entry per person at www.palmbeachfl.com/invite . This Sweepstakes is open only to individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older and legal residents of the contiguous United States at the time of entry. Employees of the Palm Beach County Convention and Visitors Bureau and/or their respective parents, subsidiaries and affiliated businesses and each of their officers, directors, shareholders, employees, advisors, accountants, attorneys, assignees, agents, licensees, representatives and any other person or entity associated with these Sweepstakes ("Affiliates"), their advertising and promotional agencies, and their immediate family members (defined as parent, spouse, child, siblings and grandparents) are NOT eligible. By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to waive any and all claims against The Palm Beach County Convention and Visitors Bureau and their affiliates for personal injury, damage or loss of any kind that may result in participation in the Sweepstakes or from the receipt, enjoyment, ownership or use of any prize.

HOW TO ENTER
To enter, complete the official entry form at www.palmbeachfl.com . Sweepstakes begins on 4/6/08 and has been extended to 10/31/08. All entries must now be received by 11:59:59 p.m. PST on 10/31/08 to be eligible. No responsibility is assumed by The Palm Beach County Convention and Visitors Bureau or their affiliates for lost, late or misdirected entries. All entries become the property of The Palm Beach County Convention and Visitors Bureau and will not be returned to entrants.

WINNER SELECTION
Winner[s] will be selected by random drawing on 11/3/08 from all entries received during the Sweepstakes time period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The prize drawing will be conducted by an impartial representative of The Palm Beach Convention and Visitors Bureau or their designated agent.

PRIZE[S]
One (1) grand prize will be awarded. The winner will receive a grand prize trip package to Palm Beach County, Florida. This trip must be taken by 10/31/09. Trip includes a four-night stay at the renowned PGA National Resort and Spa. Accommodations are 2 rooms for 2 people each, for four consecutive nights. Both rooms must be occupied simultaneously. Included in the prize are riding lessons for four at Wellington's International Polo Club. Ritz Carlton Spa will provide a day of luxury for all 4 guests and Dollar Rent A Car will provide a Chrysler 300 Touring Sedan for the duration of the four night stay. The approximate retail value ("ARV") of the grand prize is $3200.00 All prizes are subject to availability. Certain restrictions and black out dates may apply. Travel companions of prizewinner will be required to execute a waiver prior to the use of the prize package. Prizes are non-transferable. No cash redemption or substitution, except that sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to change or replace prizes at any time with prizes of greater or comparable value. The value of prizes may be taxable as income. Prizewinners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes that become due. For prizes valued at six hundred dollars ($600) or more, prizewinners must provide a social security number for 1099/income tax filing purposes prior to the awarding of the prize. All prizes will be awarded provided a sufficient number of eligible entries are received.

WINNER NOTIFICATION
The Palm Beach County Convention and Visitors Bureau or sponsor will attempt to notify prospective winners by email [and/or by telephone] on or about 10/31/08. If potential winners cannot be contacted within 3 days of the first attempted contact, or if eligibility requirements are not met, a prospective winner may be deemed ineligible, and an alternative prospective winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received. Prizewinners will be required to complete, sign and return Affidavits of Eligibility, Waivers of Liability and Publicity Releases. Failure to comply with these Official Sweepstakes Rules or to claim a prize may result in disqualification of a prospective winner. In such event The Palm Beach County Convention and Visitors Bureau reserves the right to determine if and when a prize will be re-awarded and the applicable terms.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
This Sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations. Entrants grant to The Palm Beach County Convention and Visitors Bureau and their affiliates the right to use and publish their proper name, city and state online and in print or any other media, in connection with the Sweepstakes. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for The Palm Beach County Convention and Visitors Bureau and their advertising and promotional agencies to use winners' names and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law. The Palm Beach County Convention and Visitors Bureau reserves the right to disqualify any entry or entries, or any individual they find to be tampering with the entry process; to be acting in violation of these Official Sweepstakes Rules; or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
The Palm Beach County Convention and Visitors Bureau and their affiliates assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries. The Palm Beach County Convention and Visitors Bureau and their affiliates also are not responsible for misdirected, lost, late, illegible, forged, destroyed, or incomplete entries, or entries not otherwise in compliance with these Official Sweepstakes Rules.

By entering this Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees that (i) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the Sweepstakes or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (ii) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs, associated with entering the Sweepstakes, but in no event will attorneys' fees be awarded or recoverable; and (iii) under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain any award for, and entrant hereby knowingly and expressly waives all rights to, punitive, incidental or consequential damages and/or any other damages.

Each winner, by accepting a prize, agrees to release and hold harmless The Palm Beach County Convention and Visitors Bureau and their affiliates from any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever, which may result from the receipt, enjoyment, ownership or use or misuse of such prize (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, losses and damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to, loss or destruction of property, or any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages related to or based on the entrant's rights of publicity or privacy, or the entrant's claim that he/she has somehow been defamed or portrayed in a false light).

The Palm Beach County Convention and Visitors Bureau and their affiliates do not assume any responsibility for any schedule changes in the Sweepstakes timeline, including without limitation, scheduling conflicts, labor strikes, Acts of God, or other unforeseen events that disrupt the Sweepstakes schedule. The Palm Beach County Convention and Visitors Bureau reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend this Sweepstakes.
