THE PALM BEACHES, Fla. (October 11, 2013) - The Palm Beach County Convention and Visitors Bureau (CVB) today announced its latest website travel planning feature, Celebrities Seen itineraries, which are being launched as part of a new online itinerary builder tool available at PalmBeachFL.com/trip-builder. The new 72-hour travel itineraries feature many destination hotspots popular with the "who's who" of red carpet personalities, athletes and socialites who frequent The Palm Beaches. Grouped into the three broad categories of Luxury, Golf and Family Fun, each itinerary includes some of the destination's A-list resorts, hotels, attractions, dining and nightlife, complete with a list of recent publicized celebrity sightings. .
"The Itinerary Builder is a great new online tool for visitors to craft the perfect itinerary for their stay - whether they're planning a family vacation, golf trip or just a weekend getaway for two," said Palm Beach County Convention and Visitors Bureau's President and CEO Jorge Pesquera. "and the celebrity itineraries are a fun way for our guests to explore the more extravagant side of the destination that, for more than a century has attracted so many famous people and dignitaries from around the world."
Visitors to PalmBeachFL.com can use the CVB's new itinerary builder tool to "vacation like the stars" by incorporating the Celebrities Seen itineraries into their trip. This new feature allows users to easily build a custom vacation itinerary with a simple "click to add" option that populates their potential daily travel schedule with accommodations, attractions, dining and other experiences within The Palm Beaches. Using the planning tool, guests can organize up to seven days in The Palm Beaches, saving their custom itinerary for future editing, sharing via email or printing directly from the website.
In addition to the Celebrities Seen itineraries, the website features suggested itineraries for marine enthusiasts, eco-adventures and holiday travelers. There is also a section of suggested itineraries by region - North, Central and South - highlighting key attractions in each area. The CVB will continue to add suggested itineraries for additional niche experiences, including shopping, culture and culinary, as the tool's popularity demands.
