Event tickets start at just $75 per person, with all proceeds benefiting the Chefs Dish Back™, a new nonprofit program created to support participating chefs' charities of choice. The festival will distribute 100 percent of the net proceeds on each chef's behalf to the individual charities. This year's benefiting charities include Feeding Children Everywhere, Table to Table, Common Threads, Best Buddies, World Vision International, Share Our Strength, Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation, Chefs Feed the Need, Opportunity Knocks, Sari Asher Center, Boys & Girls Clubs of Palm Beach County and Bocuse d'Or USA Foundation.

Dazzling Events

Some of the dazzling events this year include Burgers on the Beach, serving signature burgers along the Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach pool deck. Corks & Champagne with Bites by Norman, including Master Sommelier Virginia Philip and Chef Norman Van Aken for an afternoon of fabulous pairings of specially selected wine and champagne paired flawlessly with each appetizer. Southern Hospitality: Pig and the Goat, a slow-roast rendezvous of rotisseries featuring multi-course meals served in true southern hospitality. And a true farm-to-table event at the local favorite Swank Specialty Produce's hydroponic farm, including a tour and al fresco dining experience.

Topping Off with the Grand Tasting

This year's food and wine festival culminates with the Grand Tasting at 6 p.m. to 9 p.m., Tuesday, December 11, at 150 Worth Avenue in Palm Beach. Winemakers, artisans and nearly 30 chefs and restaurants from Miami to New York will showcase their skills among the premier boutiques of 150 Worth. Adding to the excitement, the annual Grand Chef Throwdown presented by Creekstone Farms Premium Black Angus Beef will once again offer a $10,000 prize to the winning chef of this head-to-head cooking challenge. Celebrity judges will determine whose cuisine reigns supreme.
