Emeril explores the delights that give the Palm Beaches unique flavors. At Swank farms Emeril selects local, sustainable produce with the executive chef/owner of buccan in Palm Beach. While in Delray Beach, Emeril takes a look at two restaurants that standout among Atlantic Avenue's most savory bistros. And since this is the tropics, he has to stop to feel the sensational open-air breezes at Guanabanas in Jupiter. Finally, Emeril takes a trip to The Quantum House in West Palm Beach, where he helps prepare meals for the families of children with serious medical conditions.
