(April 24, 2013) - The Palm Beach County Convention and Visitors Bureau (CVB) today announced that will go live May 1, offering travelers an extensive array of seasonal savings (valid June 1 through September 30). The site will be organized into a variety of vacation experiences, including Affordable Luxury, Family Fun, Florida Residents, and Drive and Dine, a new category this year that highlights hotel packages that include meals and/or food credits, as well as top-notch culinary hot spots and key dining districts in The Palm Beaches. Ways to Explore section, with links to the popular "Living in a Postcard" blog which offers a local or insider's perspective on interesting ways to enjoy The Palm Beaches.

"There is no better time to experience The Palm Beaches at such an incredible value than during the summer months, when virtually every hotel, attraction, and restaurant in the destination is featuring special offers and packages throughout the season," said CVB President and CEO Jorge Pesquera. "With, we're eliminating the deal-seeking research phase for potential visitors by bringing all of these incredible offers together in one place, and ensuring the ‘stress free' experience of The Palm Beaches starts before visitors even arrive at the destination."

The CVB partnered with several of the destination's award-winning hotels, resorts and attractions to create the new summer offers, all of which will be quickly and easily accessed at the site. A sample of travel deals available on the site beginning May 1 include:

Affordable Luxury

  • With the Delray Beach Marriott the Sweet Villa Deal, guests are some of the first to enjoy the all-new luxury one-, two- and three-bedroom villas, complete with exclusive amenities and fantastic views of the Atlantic Ocean. The offer includes 20 percent off published overnight rates, a fresh-baked breakfast basket delivered each morning, 10 percent off spa services and personalized exclusive concierge services.

Family Fun

  • At the Palm Beach Marriott Singer Island Beach Resort & Spa, the Little Loggerhead package includes milk and house-made cookies upon arrival, $50 resort credit, one-day access for up to four people to Loggerhead Marinelife Center during feeding time or guided tour of the facility, one full day of unlimited usage of non-motorized watersports, one full day use of beach set-up (two chairs and one umbrella).

Florida Residents

  • The Omphoy Ocean Resort & Spa's Sunshine State Rate includes a savings of 20 percent off nightly room rates for Florida residents, including nightly complimentary valet parking at Palm Beach's newest luxury boutique resort.

Drive & Dine
