We hope your toning your arms, as you get ready to carry all those shopping bags. Plan a day of shopping delight with our 6 Places to Shop and Sip, because more than that would be borderline illegal.

Antique Row

Shop: More than 40 shops, all within just a few blocks, feature vintage furniture to period artwork to estate jewelry. Antique Row is a haven for those looking to indulge in everything and anything antique. Located along Dixie Highway in West Palm Beach.

Sip: Do Happy Hour at Belle & Maxwell’s, not just for wine, but also for Sakitinis.

Downtown Boca Raton

Shop: Chic is this locale’s middle name. You really can’t go wrong here. Tropical wear? Tommy Bahama. A little black dress? Lord & Taylor. Vintage clothing? Nearly 10 places to try. Downtown Boca Raton is centered along the city’s Federal Highway corridor.

Sip: Stop by Biergarten Boca Raton, for beer from local breweries found in The Palm Beaches.

Harbourside Place

Shop: Open-air and along the water. These alone are reasons to come. The shops in Harbourside Place are boutique in nature and perfectly set up for taking your time. Located on the corner of Indiantown Road and US 1 in Jupiter.

Sip: The Woods Jupiter is not a forest preserve or anything like that, when we say “Woods”, we mean this bistro belongs to local resident Tiger Woods. The hole-in-one is the Watermelon Margarita.

Shop: And speaking of open-air plazas and beautiful scenery – the CityPlace experience is about arriving and never leaving. Yes, you can do Macy’s, H&M or Anthropologie, but then stay longer for fine dining, a movie or live entertainment in front of the fountain. Best way to get there is Okeechobee Boulevard, on the east side of I-95.

Sip: Ah, where to begin? Almost too many choices. Try the newest one - Lafayette’s, with live music every day and $3 drafts during Happy Hour.

Atlantic Avenue

Shop: Atlantic Avenue in Delray Beach is all about unique, specialty stores where you’re invited into peruse and find things you won’t find anywhere else. Forget the big-box, huge retail approach as you see art in Pineapple Grove or a book store just blocks from the beach. Atlantic Avenue runs from I-95 to A1A.

Sip: Yes, the beach. So, why not? Go for Boston’s on the Beach, a local landmark.

Worth Avenue

Shop: Ah, the grand dame of them all. When it comes to luxury, this most famous streetscape is over the top – but in a great way. The world’s finest brands are all here – Tiffany, Chanel, Armani, Gucci, Ralph Lauren and the list goes on. All with an ocean backdrop; not bad. Located on the legendary enclave of Palm Beach.

Sip: Another tough one to pick, but for 60 years Ta-boo’ has drawn celebrities and fashionistas alike. You can’t go wrong.
