The Rat Pack, Callaway Sisters and a Broadway Show Highlight NYE Festivities in The Palm Beaches

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (Dec. 15, 2014) - Ring in 2015 at one of the many toast-worthy events transpiring Dec. 31 in The Palm Beaches.

Options are as diverse as the region itself, ranging from a reincarnation of The Rat Pack to a performance by the famed Callaway sisters from New York City to a legendary Broadway musical. There's even a day-long festival in Delray Beach encompassing 21 outdoor and indoor venues.

The Kravis Center for the Performing Arts brings the "oldest established permanent floating craps game" to West Palm Beach with a New Year's Eve performance of Guys and Dolls, which is among the most beloved Broadway musicals of all time.

Meanwhile in Boca Raton, a reincarnation of the Rat Pack arrives from Las Vegas for a dinner theater show at The Wick Theatre & Costume Museum. An amazing troupe of tribute artists bring Frank, Sammy, Joey and Dean to life for an evening of easygoing entertainment, accompanied by an orchestra and enjoyed over a gourmet meal.

In Palm Beach, usher in the New Year with the great American songbook in the Royal Room at The Colony Hotel. Ann Hampton Callaway and Liz Callaway showcase their Tony Award-nominated talents during a special performance. Ann dazzles music lovers as a singer, pianist, composer and lyricist. Liz is a singer and Broadway star who's appeared in Merrily We Roll Along, Baby, Miss Saigon, and The Three Musketeers.

A family-oriented celebration covers several blocks in Delray Beach. First Night 2015 serves up performances and activities at 21 indoor and outdoor venues throughout the downtown area. First Night is The Palm Beaches' largest New Years Eve celebration, attracting thousands of families from 4 p.m. to midnight. There's an early fireworks show at 9 p.m. so the youngest revelers can ring in the New Year, with an encore fireworks show for older kids and adults at midnight.

The Chesterfield Palm Beach, Palm Beach, Florida
New Year's Eve Gala
Ring in the New Year at the Chesterfield's annual Gala Dinner. The four-course New Years menu will be served in two sittings. Enjoy dancing all evening long to live musical entertainment, and welcome 2015 with party favors and a champagne toast at midnight. Price is $105 per person (6 p.m.); $140 per person (8:30 p.m.) - exclusive of tax and gratuity. Reservations are required. Party favors and champagne toast at midnight included in second sitting price. Jacket and tie are required for gentlemen.

First Night 2015
This family-friendly New Year's Eve special event will start at 4 p.m. and will take place throughout downtown. It will include a fireworks finale at the Tennis Center at 9 p.m. and at midnight. Price is $10 per button until Dec. 30; $15 per button on Dec. 31.

New Year's Concert 2015: Salute to Vienna
The Strauss Symphony of America is set to perform, featuring: Bernhard Schneider, Conductor (Vienna); Laura Nicorescu, soprano (Salzburg); Sebastian Fuchsberger, tenor (Vienna). The salute to Vienna will be held at Alexander W. South Florida Science Center and Aquarium, West Palm Beach, Florida
Noon Year's Eve
The party begins at 11 a.m. on Dec. 31 with science demos, Egyptian crafts, a DJ, and a dry ice apple juice toast as children and their parents watch the clock strike noon. Activities are included with Science Center admission and run through 1 p.m.


Waterstone Resort & Marina, Boca Raton, Florida
New Year's Eve Around the World
This amazing party will take place in the Atlantic Ballroom. Price is $185 per person and the celebration will last from 8 p.m. till 1 a.m. It includes buffet featuring cuisine from around the world, premium open bar and a champagne toast sponsored by Nicolas Feauillatte. Dance along with "DJ Live," a combination of vocalists and musicians with a DJ for unique and sexy repertoire of music.
