Glen Ridge, Florida
Glen Ridge is a quaint little town located just west of I-95 off Southern
Boulevard and due south of Palm Beach International Airport. The Town was
incorporated in 1947 and consists of approximately 100 acres and 275 residents.
Glen Ridge’s western border is the Palm Beach Canal (C-51) and our southern
border is Palm Beach Stub Canal. To the east is the Town of Cloud Lake and the
northern border is Southern Boulevard. We are primarily a residential community
with a strip of limited commercial on Southern Boulevard.
Glen Ridge is a bird sanctuary and we have a small park located near the
northeast end of Glen Road. The park was donated by Esther Flury, a longtime
resident and is now a children’s playground. We have a beautiful town hall in
the center of town and host an annual Town Picnic. - text courtesy of Alice
