Loxahatchee Groves, Florida

This countryside residential area, known as the "last frontier", is cradled between the east and The Acreage to the north and west. Established in 1917, it is home to those who prefer wide-open spaces with a "home in the country" feeling. The Committee to Incorporate Loxahatchee Groves recently received approval from the State of Florida to become the 38th municipality in Palm Beach County.

Home sites within the community range from a quarter-acre to 20-plus acres. Nurseries are prevalent here, and Loxahatchee Groves is a national leader in the country for horticulture production.
