Village of Golf, Florida
The Village of Golf is an incorporated municipality of the state of Florida
founded in 1957 by Carlton Blunt. The Village operates under a Mayor-Council
form of government.
The Village of Golf is located near Boynton Beach in southern Palm Beach County
and comprised of approximately 542 acres. Included are residential, commercial
and two parcels designated agricultural. The commercial property, known as
Village Square Shopping Center is located at the intersection of Military Trail
and Woolbright Road.
The Village of golf also has its own water treatment plant, which is a state-of
the-art reverse osmosis membrane softening treatment process rated to provide
