2007 Palm Beach County Convention & Visitors Bureau
Summer Season Getaway to Palm Beach County, Florida
July 11, 2007 - August 13, 2007

 

  1. No Purchase is necessary:   All federal, state, local and municipal laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited. Employees of Discover Palm Beach County, and Southwest Airlines, and its members, advertising agency, promotional agencies, and their respective affiliates and subsidiaries and members of the immediate families of any of the foregoing are not eligible. One entry per person. More than one entry person, will result in disqualification. You must be eighteen years of age to enter.

  2. Prize:  Two round-trip airline tickets on Southwest airlines departing from a Southwest Airlines city in the U.S. Four day and three night stay at the Boca Raton Resort and Club. A midsize or luxury Dollar rental car for up to four 24 hour periods. Sponsor, Discover Palm Beach County, is not responsible for transportation to the Southwest city airport of departure. Winner is solely responsible for transportation to the departing Southwest city airport serving direct flights into PBIA, within the United States. 

  3. Dates & Drawing : The "Summer Season Getaway to Palm Beach County, Florida" contest begins at 12:00 noon on July 11, 2007 and ends at 12:00 noon on August 13, 2007. Enter by accessing the online entry form at palmbeachfl.com, complete all of the required information and follow all posted instructions. Maximum one entry per person. The authorized account holder is deemed the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, service provider, or other online organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. The Sponsor, Discover Palm Beach County, reserves the right to disqualify any entries by persons determined to be abusing any aspect of the contest.

  4. Winner Selection : One winner will be selected at 3:00 p.m. on August 13, 2007 in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received by that time.

  5. Prize and Odds : The winner will receive the Summer Season Getaway to Palm Beach County, Florida prize. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

  6. Winner Notification and Acceptance: The winner will be notified by 5:00 p.m. (EST) on August 14, 2007 at the e-mail address provided on his or her entry form. Return of the prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and selection of a substitute winner. Winner may waive their right to receive the prize. The prize, Summer Season Getaway to Palm Beach County, Florida, is non-assignable and nontransferable. No substitutions allowed by the winner. Hotel accommodations and attraction entries are subject to availability and the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value. Winner is solely responsible for any taxes on the prizes. Winner may be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility, and a liability and publicity release which must be signed to receive the prize. Failure to sign and return the affidavit or release, or to comply with any term of the conditions of the Official Rules, may result in a winner's disqualification, the forfeiture of his or her interest in the prize, and the award of the prize to a substitute winner. Acceptance of the prize constitutes winner's irrevocable consent to the publication of his or her name, biographical information and likeness in any media for commercial or promotional purposes, or compensation. If the prize is not claimed by eligible winner in accordance with these Official Rules, then the prize will remain the property of the Sponsor.

  7. Participants Responsibilities : By participating, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and by the decisions of the Sponsor, which will be final in all matters relating to the Summer Season Getaway to Palm Beach County, Florida Contest. 

  8. Disclaimers: By entering to win this contest, participants acknowledge and agree that the Sponsor, Discover Palm Beach County, and Southwest Airlines and the officers, employees, agents and representatives of each of the host hotels and car rental company will not be liable for losses or injuries of any kind resulting from the acceptance/possession/use and/or misuse of the prize or for prize-related travel. Winner is solely responsible for taxes, fees, charges and surcharges that are applicable, and legal and appropriate departing visa documentation, gratuities, meals and ground transportation. This contest is open to legal residents of the U.S.A. 18 years of age or older.

  9. Terms: Entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and by the decision of Discover Palm Beach County, whose decisions are final. Failure to comply may result in disqualification from the sweepstakes promotion.
