The Allianz Championship players are legendary and their skills spectacular. Those who came to this tournament in 2013 were certainly in for a treat, as the best Championship Tour Professionals shot it out for 54 holes of stroke play with a total purse of $1.8 million. More than just a spectator event, Allianz also featured adult and junior Pro-Am tournaments, putting contests, clinics, and more with ground tickets starting as low as $5 for Monday through Thursday.

What an exciting ending last year! in his first Champions start and powered by an outstanging 61 on Saturday, Rocco Mediate did enough in the final round to hold on and win the 2013 Allianz Championship. Be there to watch him defend his title on The Old Course at Broken Sound in Boca Raton in February. Like fine wine, professional golfing greats get better with age.
