rebate criteria

  • Must be tentative or new business in county
  • Must be minimum of 50 TRN or $5,000 in room revenue to qualify
    (See below listing for more details)
  • Maximum payout $4,909
    (For a minimum of 1200 TRN or $120,000 in room revenue)
  • Arrival date can be for anytime in the future
  • All groups will be tracked, recorded and verified
  • Final payment made upon actual group room pick-up
  • CVB must assist the meeting planner or hotel in closing the deal
  • *All contracts must be pre-approved by the Convention and Visitors Bureau.
