iPhone App - Download Instructions

Before downloading the Palm Beach County iPhone App, you need to have an iTunes account. If you do not have an account, visit Apple's iTunes website to set up your account.  Follow the instructions that apply to your device below to install the software and set up a new account. Then proceed using the applicable set of the below directions.

Download the App From Your iPhone:

  1. If you have an iTunes account follow these instructions.
  2. Tap App Store icon on home screen
  3. Tap Search on bottom navigation bar
  4. Type “palm beach” into your search bar and tap Search
  5. Scroll down until you see the "Palm Beach, Florida" icon to the right, then tap the icon:
  6. Tap the “Free” button
  7. Tap the "install" button to download
  8. Enter your iTunes account password
  9. Wait for your icon to appear on home screen
  10. Read policies, and accept if you agree
  11. Although app is free, you must click buy to download
  12. Click on home button, you will see App downloading

Download the App From Your iPod Touch:

  1. If you have an iTunes account follow these instructions.
  2. Tap App Store icon on home screen
  3. Tap Search on bottom navigation bar
  4. Type “palm beach” into your search bar and tap Search
  5. Scroll down until you see the "Palm Beach, Florida" icon to the right, then tap the icon:
  6. Tap the “Free” button
  7. Tap the "Install" button to download
  8. Enter your iTunes account password
  9. Wait for your icon to appear on home screen
  10. Click on home button and you will see the app downloading

Download the App From Your iPad:

  1. If you have an iTunes account follow these instructions.
  2. Tap App Store icon on home screen
  3. Tap Search on top navigation bar
  4. Type “palm beach” into your search bar and tap Search
  5. Tap “see all" by iPhone apps section
  6. Tap the icon"Palm Beach, Florida" icon to the right:
  7. Tap the “Free” button
  8. Tap the "Install App" button to download
  9. Enter your iTunes account password
  10. Wait for your icon to appear on home screen
  11. Click on home button and you will see the app downloading

Download the App From iTunes Software on Your Computer:

  1. Download the iTunes software onto your computer
  2. Launch iTunes
  3. Click on iTunes Store under Store header
  4. In the upper right search box, type “palm beach” and hit Enter
  5. Filter by Media Type “Apps”
  6. Next to iPhone Apps, click “See All >” (See Screenshot below)
  7. Click the Palm Beach icon circled below
  8. Click on the “Free App” button to download
  9. Connect your iPhone, iPad, or iPod Touch to your computer and sync it with iTunes
