Submitting Events




Event information is received by the Public Relations Department whose staff manages the information and incorporates it into our printed and online calendars and newsletters as appropriate.

Please note that not all events can be listed in our collateral materials and that the CVB maintains full editorial rights over submitted content. Once an event has been submitted, a CVB staff member will review your event and add it to our calendars if appropriate.
