Member's Database Records




The fields in a member’s database record are populated by the information supplied to us by that member.  Certain fields in each database record are selected and uploaded to our website creating the member’s listing.  The same process is used for the bureau’s printed publications. Information in the “contact section,” i.e. personnel listings, of the member’s record is for the bureau’s internal use. Member's records are updated annually as membership renewal kits include forms requesting changes or corrections to information held by the Bureau. It is imperative that members keep their information current with the Bureau.  The Bureau is marketing and promoting your product.
