Renewal packets are sent to all current Bureau members in April/May of each year preceding the upcoming membership year. This timing allows members the opportunity to change or correct information about their product before the Bureau begins publication for the new membership year. As the renewal papers are returned any new or corrected information is entered into the member’s database record. It is from the members’ database records that selected information is uploaded to the Bureau’s web site as well as published in our collateral. The Bureau’s first publication, the Vacation Planner, is in the first stages of production by July (two months before the actual start of the new membership year.)

Applicable dues must accompany the returned renewal papers.

The Bureau hosts an annual membership reception at the Palm Beach County Convention Center. This well-attended event brings together our members and CVB staff for an evening of entertainment, socializing and great food.

Recently, the event has moved from the spring of each year to the fall coinciding with the start of the membership year on October 1st. 

The membership year is from October 1^st to September 30^th, coinciding with the Bureau’s fiscal year.
