From personalized airport greetings, transportation facilitations, registration staffing, off-site event support, source and facilitation of all required service supports, i.e. event design, IT communications, permits, entertainment, etc., your assigned team will create a seamless process to ensure meeting planners the comfort and ease of executing a flawless program. These services are offered to Convention Center programs at no cost to the planner or the organization, by the Palm Beach County Convention Center.

The Palm Beach County Convention Center promotes environmentally friendly and energy-efficient practices and recycles tons of paper and plastic materials each month. In addition, the culinary department utilizes recyclable service ware whenever possible and follows the Monterey Bay Aquarium's Seafood WATCH list of sustainable seafood choices.

Space
The Convention Center has a total of 350,000 square feet. The 100,000-square-foot Exhibit Hall in on the first level and easily divisible into two separate spaces, and is able to handle the weight of an 18-wheeler. More than 1,200 people can comfortably attend a festive banquet in the 22,000-square-foot ballroom, which has a pre-function area and an outdoor terrace. In addition, the center offers 21,000 square feet of meeting rooms/breakout space.
