The 2011 - 2012 schedule of Board Meetings is listed below; changes in meeting dates may occur, however, they will be posted in accordance with our By-laws.

All CVB Board meetings are held in the TDC Boardroom located at 1555 Palm Beach Lakes Blvd. Suite 900, West Palm Beach, unless otherwise posted.

Strategic Marketing Council Meetings
Meetings or conference calls will be held on the third Thursday of each month unless otherwise notified in advance. Conference calls will be scheduled on a monthly basis with meetings held on a quarterly basis.

Governance Committee Meetings
Governance Committee meetings generally precede each regular board meeting at 2:00pm.
Special Governance Committee meetings will be posted as necessary.

Finance Committee Meetings
Finance Committee meetings generally precede each regular board meeting at 2:00pm.
Special Finance Committee meetings will be posted as necessary.
