When working with vendors, contractors or service providers, the Palm Beach County Convention & Visitors Bureau is obligated to comply with its pre-established Procurement Policy.
Awards will be made to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder or proposer whose offer is determined to be the most advantageous to the Bureau in its performance of its duties in accordance with the terms of the respective Agreement(s).
Evaluation of bids, offers and proposals shall be based upon the criteria established by the Bureau and other relevant information obtained through the evaluation process. Such criteria may include but need not be limited to price.
Discussions or negotiations with the most qualified vendor based on its offer may be conducted for the purpose of obtaining a contract which is in the best interests of the Bureau in the performance of its duties, obligations and functions as described in the respective Agreement(s).
