Things to Do - Jupiter Surrounding Areas

Exploring the district

Jupiter is home to many great activities. The Jupiter's Abacoa Town Center maintains a youthful energy with its "Shop and Dine" Main Street atmosphere designed for pedestrian and bicycle traffic. Weekly and monthly events like vintage car shows and live concerts in the open-air amphitheater along with the three-day, family-friendly ArtiGras Fine Arts Festival are held on these nostalgic streets.

Historic and heritage

The Jupiter Inlet Lighthouse, the area's oldest landmark, offers a panoramic vista of breathtaking views of the Jupiter Inlet and Loxahatchee River - a surprising reward for the climb to the top. In historic Riverbend Park hikers, cyclists and kayakers can explore trails and waterways where Second Seminole Indian War battles once waged. Don't worry if you don't have any means of exploration here at the park - rentals are available onsite.

Eco and wildlife friendly

Promoting the conservation of Florida's coastal ecosystems with a special focus on threatened and endangered sea turtles, Loggerhead Marinelife Center features one of the world's largest turtle rehabilitation centers.  As a combined nature center and a wildlife hospital, the Busch Wildlife Sanctuary, offers visitors a one-of-a-kind opportunity to learn about Florida's wildlife and natural environments. See Florida panthers and bald eagles all in one location.

Beaches and balls

Play ball! Jupiter's Roger Dean Stadium is home to two major Grapefruit League Spring Training teams - the St. Louis Cardinals and Miami Marlins, and two year-round Florida State League teams. The Jupiter/Juno Beach area offers easy access and parking to some of the best beaches anywhere and the captivating views and unforgettable fishing experiences of the Juno Beach Park.

So hike, bike, kayak, play ball and turtle watch as you jump into Jupiter.
