Ocean Ridge
Boynton Beach was once a large town that also included the towns of Ocean Ridge, Briny Breezes, and parts of Manalapan. In 1931, the state of Florida passed legislature to separate the portion we now call Ocean Ridge.
Ocean Ridge has remained a small town through its self proclaimed seclusion and solitude. Even after so many years since being incorporated, people still refer to Ocean Ridge as a part of Boynton Beach.
