Lush landscaping throughout the Town, sails flapping in the breeze at the Lake Park Marina, service-oriented Town staff, and a revitalized downtown all contribute to the desirable quality of life that was envisioned by Town founders in 1923.

The close proximity of Phil Foster Park provides numerous recreational opportunities for visitors with emphasis on boater access to the Intracoastal Waterway and Atlantic Ocean. With large pier and two smaller fishing platforms offer anglers the chance to test their saltwater skills in the beautiful waters of the lagoon. A guarded swimming beach provides the perfect access for bathers of all ages to enjoy the sun and fun. And there’s no better place to watch the sunset over the Intracoastal.

An underwater snorkeling trail coming soon to Phil Foster Park. This reef project design will include ledges and small habitat spaces for fish, octopus, seahorse, and other sea life. The piles will be spaced to create an underwater snorkel trail over a two-acre area. An informational kiosk will be constructed along the shoreline to help snorkelers identify various marine life that may be observed.
