PBIA Airport Ambassador Program



Dressed in their teal blazers, crisp white shirts and a smile, over 120 honorable men and women await visitors of the Palm Beach International Airport (PBIA).

Airport Ambassadors volunteer their time and assist travelers by offering helpful suggestions, valuable information, help lost children find their parents, supply directions to local attractions, and always…a welcoming smile.  These superior volunteers have received national recognition and have been awarded the prestigious Travel Industry Association of America's Award of Excellence. 

This program has been growing strong for the past 19 years and as new flights bring more visitors to Palm Beach County, the program has begun actively recruiting volunteers who are friendly, enjoy working with the public, able to volunteer one 4-hour shift per week (volunteer meal voucher & parking validation provided), willingness and capability of providing assistance and readiness present helpful resource information PBIA visitors. 

All volunteers will be provided training and promotional information to hand out regarding Palm Beach County’s accommodations, attractions and dining. You do not need prior experience, just the willingness to help travelers with a smile and the dedication and commitment to be a part of this outstanding volunteer group by on behalf of Florida's finest destination, Palm Beach County.
